TikTok Shop shipping is changing

If you sell on TikTok Shop, you may have recently received an email outlining major changes to how orders must be fulfilled in the US.

Starting February 25 through March 31, 2026 (PST), TikTok will phase out Seller Shipping for US local sellers and require all orders to be fulfilled through TikTok Shop Logistics Services.

For sellers onboarding on or after February 9, 2026, this requirement applies immediately. Seller Shipping is no longer an option.
