One system for every edit.
Every edit governed by your rules.
Configure exactly what shoppers can change: variants, addresses, items, discounts, and cancellations. Filter by collection, order value, or edit window.
From customer edit to fulfilled order. Automatically.
Redo holds the order during the edit window, applies the shopper's changes, and releases it to your fulfillment stack. No support tickets, no manual edits.
Stay in the know, not in the weeds.
Redo works in the background. You hear from it when a shopper edits an order, swaps a variant, or cancels. Nothing else.

A different flow for every kind of edit.
Variant swaps, address changes, add-ons, discount codes, and cancellations. Each follows your rules and fulfillment path.
Built for a fast yes from busy operators.
What can customers change?
Depending on your settings, customers can swap product variants, update their shipping address, add or remove items, apply a discount code, or cancel the order entirely. Every option can be toggled on or off.
Is it really free?
Yes. Redo's order editing is completely free: no monthly fee, no per-order charges, and no feature gates. Other order editing tools charge for this. Redo does not.
How does it work with my 3PL?
If your 3PL pulls orders from Shopify, Redo can place a temporary hold on the order during the edit window so your 3PL receives the finalized version. Once the window closes, the hold is released and the order syncs cleanly.
Does it work with my ERP?
It depends on how your ERP syncs with Shopify. If it listens for post-purchase Shopify order updates, edits sync automatically. If it only pulls orders at creation, Redo can use a hold-based workflow so the corrected order is what your ERP ingests.
