Suncorp Stadium is regularly named one of the best rectangular venues anywhere in the game, and on a big night you'll understand why. Tight sight-lines, a steep and loud grandstand, and every seat close enough to hear the hits. Brisbane in early July is mild and dry — ideal rugby weather — and the walk in from South Bank or Milton turns the pre-match into a proper night out.
Gates open roughly 90 minutes before kickoff. Suncorp is a cashless venue; bring a card. Small-bag policy applies — check the venue site before you travel. Milton Station and South Brisbane Station are both short walks; driving is discouraged on match nights.
